Celebrating 50 Years of Building Hope

Peaceful Paths is celebrating 50 years of serving the community as the primary certified domestic violence center for survivors in Alachua, Bradford, and Union counties. Our mission is clear: Save Lives and Create Change. Peaceful Paths serves the community with a wide range of free and confidential services including supportive housing, counseling and support groups, Economic Empowerment Programs, legal services, and professional education and training.

At Peaceful Paths, survivors of domestic violence can find a comprehensive network of support. One of our key initiatives is to provide safe housing options for survivors. Our campus offers both emergency shelter and supportive housing options on and off campus. Last year, we provided over 54,000 nights of safe housing on campus and placed 165 families in safe, community-based housing. This new record underscores our commitment to meeting the immediate needs of survivors.

Our dedicated staff and volunteers are committed to empowering clients with award-winning support. Proceeds from events like Guest Chef directly contribute to sustaining and enhancing our services for survivors. With your support, we can work towards a future that is free from domestic violence.
